Delivery Timelines

Orders placed on the same day will ship within 3 days.
Shoes & Accessories
Ship within 5 days.
Each item undergoes factory quality inspection followed by an additional layer of inspection by our quality control team to ensure flawless condition and accurate replication. If no issues are found, it will be shipped the next day; if defects are detected, shipment will be delayed by 2 days for resolution.
Packaging Clarification
We use sample-style blind box packaging, with identical internal packaging to the original. The embedded chip is scannable, and all certificates/documents are included.
Limited Stock & Availability
The strict requirements for replication accuracy limit our production capacity. While we could produce untested designs ourselves, our focus on quality over quantity makes it impossible to offer extensive styles. Factories that meet our exacting standards are rare—very few can achieve this level of precision.

After- Sales Standards
Please read carefully to avoid disputes: 
For handbags: Do not remove the wrist strap film or the metal hardware protective film upon receipt. Inspect the handbag first. Only after confirming there are no issues and you are sure to keep it, should you remove the protective film. Once the protective film is removed, the handbag cannot be exchanged or return. (Push the protective film to the side to check.)
For shoes: Please check the quality and try them on to check the size first. Do not soil or damage the shoes! Otherwise, no after - sales service will be provided.
For exchange/return orders, please contact us within 7 days after signing for the package. Please note that international shipping rates may fluctuate, so shipping costs are at your own expense.
